Plant based oils and fats

Being active in composed ingredients with lipids, proteins, fibers, carbohydrates and other components, we need to know our fair deal in the physical, sensorial and nutritional functionality of all these ingredients and how they interact. Challenging we are non-stop learning more and more. By the coincidence of what we all did in our both careers, one part of this has our specific attention, lipids and it’s derivatives. Or, to express it more simply, vegetable fats and oils, lecithin and it’s fractions, as well as lipid soluble vitamins and anti-oxydants.
